What’s new on LemuriaBooks.com
I’m going to take a break from normal blogging today to tell you about a couple of new things about LemuriaBooks.com.
Our website has been around for a long time and for years we have been featuring our events and signed first editions. And for a long time we’ve had a shopping cart on our website.
This summer we’ve updated our cart so that you can now start an account on our website. We’ve always offered house accounts in the store, but now you can register all of your information (charge and shipping) on the website, create a password, and from that time on you can speed through every transaction on our website. And if you forget your password? Just shoot us an email or give us a call and we’ll get you a new password. (and of course you can still call the store or email us an order) If you’d like to go ahead and register please click here.
We’ve also worked up a mobile version of our website so that when you’re on your smart phone at home you can go to Lemuriabooks.com and the website will be automatically formatted for your phone.

Love this! I will probably still come to the store to see all of you, pick up the title(s) I came for, and pull some other interesting titles down that I hadn’t heard of before. There is always something wonderful sitting at the register or on the table over in the nook.
The Lemuria experience is being in the store, but the convenience of these new services is outstanding. Thank you for staying on the cutting edge of book selling.
Wow, thanks Dierdre. and of course we’re not changing that in store experience at all (hopefully getting better at it) and we’re not trying to discourage folks that don’t live in Jackson from picking up the phone or emailing us direct. but for those that want the quick and easy experience we offer that as well. and of course if the quick and easy experience doesn’t go as planned you can still pick up the phone and we’ll fix it. Great! I enjoy the staff blog & picks. I’ve read some fantastic books that I would never have known about. It’s my ” go to” when I’m looking for something to read. Now I can read the website on my iPhone when I’m out and about.
