I read this book about 2 months ago and really, really enjoyed it. I have a fascination with India, and even though the story is fiction, I felt like it was a very authentic point of view of life in India from the poor, working class. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to learn more about India and to anyone who likes good, debut novels.
